We are committed to serving our customers to the fullest satisfaction. We offer you the partial or full refund as per the following terms and conditions:
- Refund is not admissible if the product is damaged or torn by the customer.
- We will refund you half amount if you would like to claim refund just because you change your mind.
- Logistics expenses shall be paid by the customer for initiating the refunding process. Once the product is returned, we will examine it and transfer your funds in due course of time.
- Physically checked products at our store are not entitled to refund.
- For claiming a refund, customers are advised to return the product within 3 days stipulated time.
- Products returned after 3 days given timeframe shall not be able to claim a refund.
- Stitched or Ready to Wear Dresses are not entitled to refund.
Once the product is delivered, it can be returned in 3 days timeframe. Please note that we will not exchange the products if they are not returned damaged or torn. Therefore, products should be returned in the same condition we send to the customers.
- Stitched or Ready made dresses cannot be exchanged.
- The exchange is limited to the availability of the stock. We will not exchange with the products we do not sell or we do not have available at our store.
What is the refund timeframe?

Faulty Products Policy?
We believe in fair dealing. If any of our product is faulty or torn in other words, we are happy to refund the full amount in the shortest possible time.
Once the product is checked and used and turns out to be faulty or damaged later – due to carelessness by the customers – we will not refund and never allow an exchange.
Who will be paying for shipping to exchange?
We describe each and every product with complete details. Customers are advised to read product description thoroughly before placing an order. We will not be bearing shipping costs of exchange at any stage.
Stitched Dresses Refund Policy
Stitched dresses are not entitled to refund. Our team of tailors is highly experienced when it comes to stitching. We do stitching as per given measurements. In case a product is not stitched as per given instructions, we will love to alter for free.
Once an order is received, it can be canceled in 3 working days and customers should not make any payment.
- Once payment is received, An order can be canceled in 1 working day else it will not be canceled.
- Orders of stitching can’t be canceled whatsoever.
- If an order is processed, it can’t be canceled.
